Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that a listing on Kencart.com infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a written Notice of Infringement containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.

2. Direct URL(s) to the specific listing(s) alleged to be infringing.

3. Your contact information (full name, business name, physical address, phone number, and email address).

4. A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the IP right.

6. A physical or digital signature of the authorized copyright/trademark holder.
